This may be due to a conflict between Walkr and your phone's operating system during a version update. In this case, you may not have received the notification during the update. Please follow the steps below to solve this issue:

1. Go to Walkr > Menu > Settings > Tap Sync Data and ensure you see the message "Data sync completed" in green.
2. Delete and reinstall Walkr
3. Complete the tutorial and log into your account
4. Check to see whether you have received the epic notification
