*The first 5,000 steps per day will produce energy at a ratio of 1:1
For example: Walking 3,000 steps will produce 3,000 units of energy

*5,000-10,000 steps per day will produce energy at a ratio of 1:2
For example: Walking 7,000 steps will produce 9,000 units of energy (5,000 +2,000x2)

*10,000 steps or more per day will produce energy at a ratio of 1:3
For example: Walking 12,000 steps will produce 21,000 units of energy (5,000 + 5,000x2 + 2,000x3)
