Hi, Captain! As users ourselves we're able to understand your pressing concern! Please don't worry. You can follow the instructions below to get a refund for your purchase. Since the iOS refund process can only take place via Apple, you can follow the steps below to obtain a refund:

1. Step One : Please go to Apple's Report a Problem support page (https://reportaproblem.apple.com)
2. Step Two : Enter your Apple ID
3. Step Three : Find the item for which you would like a refund and select Report a Problem, then select the appropriate action and reason
4. Step Four : Tap Submit. You will receive a response from Apple within 24-72 hours!
5. Step Five : If you receive a notice from Apple stating your refund was successful, please go to Walkr > Menu > Settings > FAQ & Player Support > FAQ > Purchases > tap on any FAQ > then tap the chat icon in the top right corner to let us know. This way we can adjust your energy cubes!

If you receive a notification that you are unable to receive a refund, please scroll down to the bottom of the Report a Problem page and tap Subscriptions and Purchases > tap View your purchase history > scroll down to Apple Support at the bottom and tap Get Started > select iPhone > Subscriptions & Purchases > Accidental purchases > Email > then send an email to contact Apple Support and ask for a refund.
