Don't worry! Was the account you're looking for (your "new account") linked to any other social media accounts?

If you're not sure whether or not you'd linked the new account to a social media account, consider whether you were previously able to see the Ranking page. If you were able to see this page, this means you had logged into a social media account. In this case, please read (I.) below. If you were unable to see the Ranking page in the past, this means you had not linked Walkr with a social media account. In this case, please read (II.) below.

(I.) Previously linked to a social media account:
Please try to recall which platform you had used to link with Walkr. Once you remember which account you'd used to log in, please see: I've logged in using the wrong social media account. How can I change to a different one?

If you've followed the steps above and are still unable to recover your account, please contact us and include the following information in your message:
  1. he display name on your new Walkr account (if you've forgotten, you can ask your friends to check their Walkr friends list and send a screenshot to us), or
  2. Your WID

(II.) Did not link to a social media account:
If you had not linked Walkr to any social media accounts (Facebook / Twitter / Weibo / Google), any previous game data was saved to the phone and not backed up to our system. In this case we are unfortunately unable to restore your data. :(
