If the system time on your phone was changed on account of your travels or other causes, please wait for the adjusted time to pass for everything to get back to normal. For example, if the time is changed three hours ahead, the planets will be back to normal three hours after the time adjustment is made.

If you have changed the system time by more than +/-2 days, please contact our customer service by going to Walkr > Menu > Settings > FAQ & Player Support > Tap any FAQ > Then tap the chat icon in the upper right.

Please note: If adjustments to your phone's system time results in a loss of game data, we will unfortunately not be able to restore that data.
