This issue may be due to an unstable connection when you were redeeming your reward. In this case, the reward wasn't sent to your account.

1. Please go to Walkr > Menu > Settings > FAQ & Player Support > Fleets / Epics > Tap any FAQ > Tap the chat icon in the upper right corner to contact us.

2. Please provide the epic name and your fleet name and we will ensure your reward is sent to you!
