When contacting us, please provide some descriptions to help us identify the problem faster:
1. Expense record: the dates of the lost records
2. City Hall level (Finance, Livelyhood, Economy)
3. Building level
4. The number of Diamonds

If you haven’t logged in Fourdesire Play before, the system wouldn’t be able to store your data. If the user deletes, re-downloads apps, or changes to a new device, we won’t be able to retrieve your progress and record.

If there is no record on the account you are currently logged in, it could be that you have used a different social media account to log in. Take a look at My account dissappeared/ I have logged into the wrong account.
