Hi Mayor, if you notice a portion of your data has gone missing, please follow the steps below. However, if you realize you are logged into entirely the wrong account, please see "After I log in, I realize I'm not in my own account!" :

1. Please do not delete the app before the issue has been resolved
2. Tap the Contact Us button in the upper right corner
3. Describe the data you notice is missing. Please also provide the following:
  • The dates for which your data is missing (mm/dd - mm/dd)
  • Your City Hall levels (Finance/Economy/Livelihood)
  • The level of your buildings
  • Quantity of diamonds/ore
  • Other
