Because iOS processes refunds through an automated system, please follow the steps below in order to successfully receive a refund:
- Visit Apple's Report a Problem page
- Log in with your Apple ID
- Locate the transaction related to the charge you're reporting
- Tap Report a Problem and select the reason for your request
- Tap Submit
You'll be notified by Apple about the status of your report within 24 to 72 hours. Once you receive a notification of a successful refund, tap Contact Us to confirm and we'll adjust the quantity of items accordingly.
Depending on when your transaction took place, please follow the steps below:
Situation #1: Your purchase was made within the last 48 hours:
Please visit Google Play and complete these 6 steps to apply for a refund. Once you receive a notification of a successful refund, tap Contact Us to confirm and we'll adjust the quantity of items accordingly.
Situation #2: Your purchase was made more than 48 hours ago:
Please prepare your Google receipt, as well as a screenshot of the receipt. (If you do not not know to locate this information, please review this information.)
Then, tap Contact Us and provide additional information about your purchase, and SPARKFUL Apps will assist you as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the limitations of the iOS and Android refund systems, we are unable to guarantee the outcome of your refund request. In addition, we reserve the right to adjust the quantity of items in your SPARKFUL Apps account based on successful refunds.
