iOS
- Go to your iPhone's Settings
- Tap on "Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases"
- Tap on "Subscriptions"
- Tap on the SPARKFUL App which you subscribed
- Tap on Cancel

Android
- Go to your Android device's Google Play store
- Tap on the 3-line icon in the top left corner of the page
- Tap "Account"
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Tap on the SPARKFUL App which you subscribed
- Tap on Cancel

Please take note of the following conditions and reminders:
- Removing SPARKFUL Apps from your device does not cancel your subscription. You must follow the instructions above to prevent further subscription charges.
- When you cancel, the plan will be canceled once the current subscription period has ended, as there are no partial refunds for canceled plans. For example, if you subscribed to an annual plan on January 1, 2023, but canceled it on January 10th, your annual plan would remain active for the full year before ending automatically on January 1, 2024.
- If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged for a subscription when the free trial ends.
