Before deciding to delete your account or account data, we strongly recommend carefully reading the following information to prevent unintentional loss of data:

1. You can request to delete your entire SPARKFUL ID or only the data associated with Plant Nanny.
2. Once your SPARKFUL ID or Plant Nanny data are deleted, all of your progress and purchase history will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
3. If you currently use the same SPARKFUL ID to play other SPARKFUL games such as Fortune City, Walkr, To-Do Adventure, or Book Morning!, deleting your SPARKFUL ID will also delete all the data from these apps. If you request to delete your Plant Nanny data only, your progress in other apps will not be affected.
