If you log into SPARKFUL and find that your account appears to be new, don't worry. You might have logged in with a different method and accidentally created a new account.
Log back into my original account
If you need to log in back to your original account, you can follow the steps below:
- Delete and install the App of latest version.
- After completing the tutorial, select "Log in."
- At the "Already have an account? Log in", tap "Log in"
- Choose your preferred login method.
Your data should all be back!
If the above steps don't work for logging in, please contact us and provide your "email" for registration and "username" so we can look into it for you.
Note: If you have friends on Walkr or Fortune City, you can also ask them to screenshot your "username" on the rankings.
I keep logging into a wrong account with my social account
When using a third-party account to log in, the system may default to the account logged into your device's default browser (typically Safari on iOS, Chrome on Android). This could be why you're consistently logging into the wrong account.
To resolve this issue, you can:
- Open your default browser on your phone, and visit the social media website, such as Facebook, Google, Weibo, or Twitter.
- Log out of any existing account on the social media website and log in with the account you want.
- Follow the steps under "Log back into my original account" and log in again.
