Once you’ve logged in to Fourdesire Play, no matter whether you’ve changed mobile or devices, changed systems of mobile phones, or deleted Fourdesire apps, the system will back-up your data. Log in to Fourdesire Play and the data and account will be retrieved.
However, if you haven’t logged in to Fourdesire Play, the system wouldn’t be able to store your account and data. If the user deletes, re-downloads apps, or changes to a new device, we won’t be able to retrieve your progress and record. You can take a look at Backup my data to prevent losing your Fourdesire apps records.
If there is any problem after you logged in, take a look at My account dissappeared/ I have logged into the wrong account or My data is lost.
