If you find some data missing after logging in to Fourdesire Play, do not delete the app. Please select “Setting -> FAQ -> Contact us (top right corner)” and contact our customer service team. Thank you!
If you haven’t logged in Fourdesire Play before, the system won’t be able to store your data. If the user deletes, re-downloads apps, or changes to a new device, we won’t be able to retrieve your progress and records.
If there is no record on the account you are currently logged in, it could be that you have used a different social media account to log in. Take a look at My account dissappeared/ I have logged into the wrong account.
