Since the iOS refund process can only take place via Apple, you can follow the steps below to obtain a refund:
1. Step one: Please go to Apple's Report a Problem support page.
2. Step two: Enter your Apple ID
3. Step three: Find the item for which you would like a refund and select Report a Problem, then select the appropriate action and reason
4. Step four: Tap Submit. You will receive a response from Apple within 24-72 hours!
5. Step five: If you receive a notice from Apple stating your refund was successful, please tap the Contact Us button in the top right corner of this page to let us know so that we can adjust your clovers!
