If you have already changed the name or picture associated with your social media account and are not seeing it updated in Plant Nanny², please do the following steps: Plant Nanny² > Menu > Settings > Account, tap Linked Accounts, then tap the Fetch button next to the social media platform you are using.

If you have completed the steps above and are still unable to view an updated name or picture, your social media linked account authorization has expired and Plant Nanny² can no longer read your social media information. Please follow the steps below to sync your account:
1. Open the social media app and log out of your account, then log back in.
2. Open Plant Nanny² and go to Menu > Settings > Account, tap Linked Accounts, then tap the Fetch button next to your desired social media platform.

For example: If you've linked your Facebook account with Plant Nanny²:
1. Open Facebook and update your name or photo
2. Open Plant Nanny² and go to Menu > Settings > Account, tap Linked Accounts, then tap the Fetch button next to Facebook.
If Plant Nanny² still doesn't update, continue to the next step.
3. Open Facebook and log out, then log back into your Facebook account.
4. Return to Plant Nanny² and go to Menu > Settings > Account, tap Linked Accounts, then tap the Fetch button next to Facebook.
