Not getting notifications from Plant Nanny²? Here are some Android devices known to have issues with Plant Nanny² notifications. Please refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot the problems!
Asus Zenfone (Android 7.0)
A. Ensure that Plant Nanny² is set to auto-start
1. Go to device Settings > Tap on Power Management
2. Tap on Auto-start Manager
3. Make sure Plant Nanny² is enabled
B. Make Plant Nanny² a protected app
1. Go to Mobile Manager from your app drawer
2. Tap on Boost > Tap Enable Super Boost
3. Select Protected app list and make sure that Plant Nanny² is on the list
Asus Zenfone 2
Ensure that Plant Nanny² can begin on startup from your Auto-start manager
1.Tap on Apps from the app drawer
2. Tap Auto-start manager
3. Toggle Plant Nanny² to Allow
