Not getting notifications from Plant Nanny²? Here are some Android devices known to have issues with Plant Nanny² notifications. Please refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot the problems!

Make sure that Plant Nanny² is set to auto-launch

1. Go to device Settings > Apps

2. Tap on the gear icon in the top right

3. Tap on App Autolaunch > Set Plant Nanny² to enable

A: Make sure that app storage is set to clear normally

1. Go to device Settings > Advanced

2. Tap on Recent apps management

3. Make sure Normal clear is enabled

B: Make sure Plant Nanny² is not managed by your battery optimization

1. Go to device Settings > Battery > Battery Optimization

2. Tap Apps not optimized > Tap on All apps

3. Find Plant Nanny² and set it to Don't optimize

1. Go to device Settings > Battery > Battery Optimization

2. Tap on Overflow in the top right of the page

3. Tap on Advanced Optimization > Set Plant Nanny² to off
