Not getting notifications from Plant Nanny²? Here are some Android devices known to have issues with Plant Nanny² notifications. Please refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot the problems!

A: Prioritize notifications from Plant Nanny²

1. Go to device Settings > Apps > Plant Nanny²

2. Tap on Notifications > Messages & Mentions

3. Enable Do Not Disturb Custom Exception

Note: If your device is running Android 9+, you have to tap on “Advanced” after step 2 to enable the setting in Step 3.

B: Make sure Plant Nanny² is not managed by your battery optimization

1. Go to device Settings > Device management > Battery

2. Tap on Unmonitored apps

3. Put Plant Nanny² to this list

A: Make sure that Plant Nanny² is set to auto-launch

1. Go to device Security > Permissions

2. Tap on Autostart

3. Find Plant Nanny² and switch to enabled

B: Make sure Plant Nanny² is not managed by your battery optimization

1. Go to device Settings > Manage Apps’ Battery Usage

2. Tap on Apps > Plant Nanny²

3. Set No Restrictions on

C: Allow notifications from Plant Nanny²

1. Go to device Settings > App Notifications

2. Tap on Plant Nanny² > Enable Set as priority
