Follow the instructions below according to your current situation:

Upgrade Plan: increasing a subscription from a shorter to a longer-term plan

For example, if you purchase a 1 month plan on 1/1 and decide on 1/10 that you'd like a 6 month plan, your first plan will expire on 2/1. At that point you'll be notified of payment for a 6 month plan and your next payment will be due on 8/1.

Downgrade Plan: decreasing a subscription length from a longer to a shorter-term plan

Downgraded plans will take effect beginning with the next subscription cycle. Any time remaining on your current subscription cannot be refunded. For example, if you purchase a 6 month plan on 1/1 and decide on 1/10 that you would prefer a 1 month plan, you will need to wait for your current subscription to end (1/1 - 6/30) before your 1 month subscription can begin on 7/1. Please note, if you are a first time subscriber, you will receive a 7 day free trial If you adjust your subscription during this period, your adjusted subscription will take effect immediately following the 7 day trial.

How to upgrade or downgrade a subscription:

iOS

1. Go to Setttings on your iPhone
2. Head to iTunes and the App Store
3. Tap Apple ID at the top of the page
4. Tap View Apple ID (you may need to enter your password)
5. Tap Manaage underneath Subscriptions
6. Tap Plant Nanny²
7. Select the plan you'd like to adjust
