First, please ensure you have already canceled your Daily Hydration Plan subscription to ensure you are not charged for further subscription periods.

How to cancel a subscription

iOS
If you are using an iOS device (iPhone or iPad) please contact Apple customer service within 7 days of purchasing the subscription. Follow the instruction provided to apply for a refund, or consider the steps below:

1. Open iTunes on your computer and log in with your Apple ID
2. Click Purchase History to find the item you'd like to refund
3. Click Report at the right to enter a reason for your refund and hit submit. (Reminder: the more detailed your reason for applying for a refund, the better)
4. Wait for a response from Apple in your email. (Reminder: some refunds may take several hours to process)

Android

If you're using an Android device, (Samsung, Asus, OPPO, etc.) Please contact Google Play support within 2 days of purchase. Follow the instructions provided, or consider the steps below:

1. Open your browser (e.g., Chrome) and visit play.google.com to log into your Google account
2. Hit Menu > Account to log into your Google account
3. Hit Purchase history to find the subscription you'd like to refund
4. Tap Request a Refund or Report a Problem and enter the reason for your request (Reminder: the more detailed your reason for applying for a refund, the better)
5. Wait for a response from Google in your email. (Reminder: some refunds may process within 15 minutes, while others may take several hours to process)

If your request is not accepted, or if it has been over 2 days since your purchase, please visit the Settings page in Plant Nanny², scroll to the bottom and tap FAQ, then tap the Contact Us button and provide the following information:

1. The order number you'd like to refund (e.g., GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345)
2. A screenshot of your e-receipt from your purchase
