I purchased a subscription but still can't access the features. What do I do?

If you've purchased a subscription plan and are unable to unlock some or all of the subscription features, please head to the Settings page on Plant Nanny² and scroll down to Restore Purchases to resolve the issue. If you are still unable to unlock your subscription, please head to the FAQ page and tap Contact Us to let us know, and we'll be able to assist you!
