If you’d like to link your Fourdesire ID to other social media platforms (eg. Account linked to Facebook but you would like to change to Google), please follow the steps below:
1. Select “Manage account” in the Settings page in your Fourdesire apps.
2. Go to Fourdesire Play and switch to Manage Account. Select the social media platform you’d like to connect to and enter account and password.
· If an error message pops up, this means that social media account is already connected to another Fourdesire ID and can’t be connected to the current Fourdesire ID.
3. Select “Remove connection” next to the social media you’d like to disconnect.
If you’d like to connect your Fourdesire ID to another account on the same social media platform (eg. Account connected to Facebook account A, but would like to reconnect to Facebook account B). Please follow the steps below:
1. Select “Manage account” in the Settings page in your Fourdesire apps.
2. Go to Fourdesire Play and switch to Manage Account. Connect to any other social media account in order to save the progress and records of the account.
3. Cancel connection to Facebook
4. Log out of the current Facebook account from the default web browser.
5. Go back to Fourdesire play and tap "Connect to Facebook" and log in to account B
* If an error message shows, this means that the social media account has been connected to another Fourdesire ID and can’t be linked to the current one.
Please note that you need to connect to at least one social media account. Before removing your social media account currently connected to Fourdesire ID, please make sure that you have connected your account to other social media accounts.
