Unlocking SS Doggii requires that you walk 20,000 steps in a single day (this is not the same as 20,000 units of energy!)
Please follow the steps below:
- Menu > Energy Log
- Look to see whether you have obtained 20,000 steps for that day. If you have, please continue to step 3. (Be sure that you check how many steps you have walked, not how much energy you have obtained!)
- Continue to the Factory page, then swipe until you see SS Doggii and see whether or not it has been unlocked.
- If it is still locked, please take a screenshot of your energy log showing 20,000 steps, then please contact us.
