These are different from logging into Walkr a consecutive number of days, so if you open Walkr every day for a month but don't walk 10,000 steps each day, you won't be able to complete the Good Habits / Good Health / Perseverance / Monthly Champion / Seasonal Champion / Yearly Defender challenges!
