Please make sure that you have updated to the latest iOS version. Go to iPhone > Settings > General > Software Update to check for updates.

You can also check that there is enough memory storage on your iPhone. Go to iPhone > Settings > General > Usage to check the iPhone's storage or delete some apps.

Additionally, please make sure that you have updated to the latest version of Walkr. Go to the App Store and check if a new version has been released.

Rebooting your phone is also a good way to free up some memory storage!
