Please take note that SPARKFUL Apps will only maintain the backup of the currently logged in device. In other words, if you use SPARKFUL Apps on more than one device, there is a risk that your data from the previous device will be overwritten if it was not backed up. If you unintentionally overwrite your data in this way, we have no means to restore your progress. Therefore, we highly recommend that you do not log in with the same SPARKFUL ID on multiple devices.

If you still need to use the same SPARKFUL ID on more than one device for some reason, we strongly encourage you to manually back up your data on the originally logged in device before attempting to log in on another device.
