Does it the empty Civic Square feel like it's is missing something important? Tap on the Civic Square, then tap the "i" icon at the left, go to Explore Events and select the event you'd like to organize. Then, you can invite your friends to download Fortune City or use diamonds to increase an event's popularity level. Once you've reached your popularity target, you'll be able to start holding an event! Please note, you will not be able to change your event once you've selected the one you'd like to organize.
